From 2D drafting to 3D parametric modelling β master the tools that engineers use to design every physical product in the world. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and engineering GD&T in 12 action-packed weeks.
Computer-Aided Design is the universal language of engineering. Every product you use β from your smartphone to your car β was designed with CAD tools. This 12-week programme teaches you AutoCAD (2D drafting and 3D modelling), SolidWorks (parametric modelling and simulation), CATIA (aerospace and automotive design), and engineering drawing standards used in manufacturing industries across India and globally.
2D technical drawings, 3D solid and surface modelling, layers, dimensioning, and engineering drawing output.
Part modelling, assemblies, engineering drawings, simulation (FEA), and sheet metal design.
Aerospace and automotive surface modelling, sketch-based design, and advanced part design used by Tata, Mahindra, and HAL.
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5), ISO drawing standards, and manufacturing drawing interpretation.
Export to STL, design for 3D printing (FDM, SLA), slicer software, and physical prototype creation.
Complete product development cycle from concept sketch through detailed design, BOM, and drawing release.

12 weeks Β· 90+ hours Β· Weekend live sessions + daily CAD practice
Full preparation for the Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) exam β the industry-standard CAD certification. Receive the Kamdhenu Skills Certified CAD Engineer credential recognised by mechanical and manufacturing companies across India.
No strict degree is required, but the course is designed for engineering and diploma holders. Basic familiarity with mechanical drawing concepts (orthographic views, dimensions) is helpful. We provide a refresher session at the start.
AutoCAD LT (free student licence), SolidWorks (student edition provided through our partnership), and CATIA student version. All software setup is guided by our team in week 1.
The core course covers mechanical product design. Advanced electives in piping design (AutoCAD Plant 3D) and structural design are available as add-on modules at a nominal extra cost.
