2021
The Beginning
12 founding students, 2 instructors, 1 classroom. Python batch #1 launched with a vision to change careers β and prove it could be done.
2022
First 100 Placements
Crossed 100 total placements, signed 50th hiring partner. Average package crossed βΉ8 LPA for the first time. The model was working.
2023
Cyber Security Launch
India's fastest-growing skill demand. CEH-aligned cybersecurity programme launched with 88% placement rate in first batch.
2024
AI Agent Track
Launched India's first dedicated AI Agent programme. 96% placement rate in first batch. Campus expanded to 200+ workstation lab.
2025
500+ Placements

January 2021 β The Founding
Kamdhenu Skills Opens Its Doors in Noida
Founder Arun Verma β ex-Microsoft, IIT Bombay alumnus β leaves corporate life to build something more meaningful. The first office: a rented classroom in Noida Sector 62. First batch: 12 students enrolled in Python Development. Instructor-to-student ratio: 1:6. First salary paid late. But the passion was never in doubt.
August 2021 β First Placement
Student #1 Gets an Offer Letter
Ravi Shankar from Batch 1 accepts a Python Developer role at a Noida-based startup at βΉ5.2 LPA. It's not the highest package, but it changes everything. Proof of concept validated. The team celebrates with chai and samosas in the office.
March 2022 β Scale Begins
100 Total Placements. 50 Hiring Partners Signed.
Average package crosses βΉ8 LPA for the first time. The Full Stack Development programme launches and fills within a week. The team grows to 8 β 4 instructors, 2 placement executives, 1 counsellor, and the founder wearing 5 hats simultaneously. Demand begins outpacing capacity.
September 2022 β New Campus
Expanded to a 60-Seat Lab. Moved to Larger Premises.
The original classroom can no longer hold the demand. Kamdhenu Skills moves to a larger facility with a dedicated computer lab (60 workstations), a placement interview room, and a proper reception. Data Science programme launches. Three new instructors join from TCS and IBM.
February 2023 β Cybersecurity
CEH-Aligned Cybersecurity Programme. EC-Council Partnership.
With cybersecurity roles paying βΉ12β25 LPA and acute talent shortage, Kamdhenu Skills launches a rigorous 5-month cybersecurity programme. First batch of 28 students. 88% placement rate. EC-Council partnership signed. Industry media begins to take notice.
November 2023 β Cloud & AWS
Cloud Computing Programme + 200 Hiring Partners.
AWS-aligned Cloud Computing programme launches. 200th hiring partner signs β including the first Tier-1 MNC. A student from Batch 7 (Priyanka Sharma) gets placed at an MNC at βΉ14.5 LPA β the highest package to date. The team now has 20 members. Online hybrid classes begin pilot.
April 2024 β AI Agent Track
India's First Dedicated AI Agent Programme. 96% Placement Rate.
Arguably the most important product decision in our history. We spend 6 months building an AI Agent & Automation programme with Microsoft's Rahul Kumar as lead instructor. First batch: 42 students. Placement rate: 96%. Average package: βΉ16.8 LPA. The market responds with overwhelming demand. Campus expands to 200 workstations.
January 2025 β AI Career Counsellor
Proprietary AI Platform Launched. 500 Placements. βΉ11.8L Avg Package.
We launch our AI Career Counsellor β a proprietary platform that assesses every student and recommends the optimal learning path. Total placements reach 500+. Hiring partner network reaches 500. Average package crosses βΉ11.8 LPA. We are featured in 3 national education publications as India's most disruptive EdTech institution.

Kamdhenu Skills was founded in January 2021 by Arun Verma, an IIT Bombay alumnus and former Microsoft professional. He started with a single rented classroom in Noida, 12 founding students, and a belief that quality AI education should not be exclusive to IIT and IIM graduates.
The launch of the AI Agent & Automation programme in April 2024. It achieved a 96% placement rate in the first batch, attracted national media coverage, and established us as a genuine thought leader in AI education β not just another training institute.
Kamdhenu Skills has been largely bootstrapped, growing from student fees and reinvesting all profits into better labs, faculty, and placement infrastructure. This keeps us accountable to our students β not to external investors with different priorities.
We are expanding our online and hybrid programmes to reach students in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India. Our 2030 goal is to place 10,000 students and establish a hiring partner network of 1,000 companies β while maintaining our 89%+ placement rate.
