Giving Back to India

Technology should empower everyone โ€” not just those who can afford it. Our CSR programmes ensure that motivated students from any background can access the same opportunities.

CSR Initiatives

Five structured programmes that extend the Kamdhenu mission beyond paying students โ€” into communities, schools, and underserved populations.

KS Scholarship Programme

We award 50+ full and partial scholarships every year to students from economically weaker sections (EWS) and Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. Eligible students receive complete fee waivers โ€” including lab access, study materials, and placement support โ€” at zero cost.

Applications are reviewed by a 3-person committee based on family income, academic performance, and motivation essay. No donor required โ€” we fund these directly.

Women in Tech Initiative

India's AI workforce is less than 25% female. We're committed to changing that. Our Women in Tech initiative guarantees a minimum 30% female student ratio in every batch, provides additional mentorship for female students navigating workplace challenges, and offers partial fee support for women re-entering the workforce after career breaks.

We also run quarterly networking events connecting female alumni with senior women in tech at our hiring partner companies.

Digital Literacy for Government Schools

We partner with government schools in Delhi-NCR to deliver free 4-week digital literacy workshops for Class 10โ€“12 students. Our instructors visit campuses on weekends to teach basic computer skills, internet literacy, and introductory Python โ€” giving underprivileged students their first exposure to technology careers.

In 2024, we reached 8 government schools and trained 400+ students. No student paid anything. No school paid anything.

Rural AI Awareness Programme

In partnership with local NGOs, we conduct AI awareness workshops in rural communities around Uttar Pradesh โ€” explaining in simple terms how AI is changing job markets and what skills will matter in the next 10 years. These sessions include a free career guidance consultation for any attendee.

Designed to reach first-generation learners who have no access to career counselling or awareness of the opportunities available to them.

Zero-Cost EMI for Deserving Students

For students who don't qualify for full scholarships but still face financial barriers, we offer zero-interest EMI over 12โ€“18 months โ€” with the first EMI starting only after the student secures a job. This removes the risk of paying for training that doesn't lead to a job.

Our income-share agreement option allows eligible students to start training immediately and pay a small percentage of salary for 12 months post-placement โ€” zero upfront cost.

Ex-Servicemen Career Transition

India's armed forces produce exceptionally disciplined, motivated professionals who face challenges transitioning to civilian tech careers. We offer 25% fee concessions for ex-servicemen and their dependents, paired with a dedicated career counsellor who specialises in civilian-to-tech transitions.

We have successfully placed 18 ex-servicemen in cybersecurity and IT operations roles since 2023.
