These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kamdhenu Skills website and all associated services operated by Kamdhenu Skills Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 123 Tech Park, Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201 301, India.

By accessing our website, registering for a course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and have read and understood these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and students enrolled in any Kamdhenu Skills programme.

2. Courses and Enrolment

• Course enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or execution of a valid payment plan agreement.
• Course schedules, batch dates, and delivery formats (online/offline/hybrid) are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Minimum attendance of 90% is required to qualify for the placement guarantee and to receive the course completion certificate.
• Students who do not meet attendance or assignment completion requirements will not be eligible for the placement guarantee.
• We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrolment for misconduct, violation of our code of conduct, or non-payment of fees.

3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• A full refund is available if a student withdraws within 7 days of the course start date and has attended fewer than 2 sessions.
• After 7 days or 2 sessions (whichever comes first), no refunds will be issued. Course fees paid will be forfeited.
• EMI payments must be maintained as per the agreed schedule. Defaulted EMI payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and placement services.
• Refund processing, where applicable, will be completed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Placement Guarantee

The Kamdhenu Skills placement guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Student has maintained a minimum of 90% attendance throughout the programme.
• Student has completed all assignments, projects, and assessments as required.
• Student must actively participate in all placement activities: resume submissions, mock interviews, company applications, and scheduled drives.
• Student must be responsive to communications from the placement cell within 24 hours during active placement drives.
• The guarantee covers continued placement support until the student receives and accepts a job offer, not a specific salary level or company.
• Students who decline 3 or more reasonable job offers without valid cause will forfeit the placement guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, notes, slides, assignments, code samples, and study materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kamdhenu Skills Pvt. Ltd.
• Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.
• Recording, reproducing, distributing, or selling course content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Projects built by students during the course are owned by the students. Kamdhenu Skills may display anonymised project examples for promotional purposes with the student's consent.

6. Code of Conduct

All students and website users must:

• Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour of any kind.
• Not share course credentials, access links, or materials with any third party.
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, spam, or malicious activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using skills taught in our Cyber Security programme (ethical hacking is permitted only in authorised environments).

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Kamdhenu Skills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability to any student for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that student for the relevant programme.
• We do not guarantee specific placement outcomes, salary levels, or career progression. Placement success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and student performance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be first addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
